Cudell Improvement, Inc. is a not-for-profit community-based development organization serving the Cudell/Edgewater neighborhood with programs such as energy conservation, real estate development, small business development, safety initiatives, new residential construction, housing rehab, neighborhood planning, marketing and educational forums.
